I haven't had much time to play so I rushed through it
to get to May eve ASAP, I will play more once I have the time.
Graphics and sound are brilliant, so is the atmosphere.

Congratulations on the release!

This game is immensely good! There's a lot to manage and many choices to struggle with. I just got into a situation where I had to choose between food and medicine for Walter, and it felt really dramatic! What I really like about this game is that with all the different status effects there's a great degree of chance in the game, which sort of creates a story of it's own along with the events that Walter goes through. Love the gameplay on this one.

Yeah, it shouldn't have been possible... It's crazy how many issues come up when a larger number of people play the game. Luckily most of them are very rare circumstance issues. So, enjoy your victory while it lasts, patch coming up

Congratulations on the release of this gem. Loved the demo already.

The game is awesome, I played on easy, and you still have to manage the money and choose well, what to do and what not. The gameplay is very special, and fascinating.
The first time I finished the game, Walter survived somehow, but not like I expected, and the second time, I thought Walter survived but that damn rat...

Will start a new game soon, and try to do anything right to get to the best ending.

And its really (too) cheap, only 10,99€, so its a must buy for every adventure fan out there. Go buy it

I just picked it up and am enjoying it so far, 45 minutes in. I'm playing on normal mode and see what happens. It's got me thinking what will be different next play through already!

Thanks! Very nice to hear you like it! Making this kind of weird genre hybrid is a bit scary, but I'm glad people seem to embrace the mechanics. And yes, it's a steal, no reason not to get it

Thanks for purchasing the game! And good luck on the first playthrough! Also, feel free to try the easy mode if you are struggling. It's not overly easy, and still provides a challenge.

That I got a "D" in my first exam, although I got all 4 answers correct...
EDIT: Also, I got the thermal underwear from my aunt's parcel although I had already bought it.

How many times you read the exam book? And what was your Exams skill when you did the test? If you get the Exams to 10, that's an A+ if you answers the questions right. If the skill is quite low, answering the questions correctly still gives a low grade. You can read the exam book again, and get a higher skill increase. So after the first read through, its faster to raise the skill. Also Walter's poor health can lower the score, if not medicated properly.

And yes, Walter's aunts parcel doesn't take into consideration what Walter buys in the beginning. So best to save your money until you find out what's in there.

well explained. My Exam score was 2.8 at the time,
I read the appropriate book as often as I could and
studied with Allison.
And it's great to see how the story can develop in different ways
same for certain tasks, great replay value !

Should I wait to play it after the patch comes out so I don't die on May Eve like mentioned in the earlier post? Or will my save game(s) be compatible? I don't know how the patches work... Either way I'm pumped to finally play it, as I've been waiting on pins & needles for the release! The demo was awesome, that much I know. <3

Thanks for picking up the game! I hope to finish the next patch this weekend, there's a couple of bugs reported, but they are rare, and only happen in very specific circumstances (and there's way around them too). Save games will be compatible, so you can start the game already, and continue if after the patch. Good luck & have fun in Arkham!
