Ramorama

Story

Play Raga, Ram and Kog, three kobolds who wants to steal the treasures from the castle, but have to find a way to fool the guard in order to get entrance to the treasury.

  • Raga (blue kobold) has not only wits, but has also an eye for details.
  • Ram (yellow kobold) has the strength of 10 kobolds and is the swashbuckler of the gang.
  • Kog (red kobold) loves to drink beyond his thirst and is the skinniest of them all.

This is a short point and click fantasy comedy mix with three kobolds. If you loved playing Gobliiins, you might love this adventure game as well.

A lovely short game, with funny writing and situations!
Having three protagonists each with its own attributes makes for some interesting puzzles, which were all logical and fun to solve. Plus the story is really funny and I loved the ending.

It's pretty crazy that you managed to make a game with three playable characters in only two weeks! Hope to see more adventures of these three in the future  :cheesy:

Ramorama

Thanks a lot, Lorenzo!  :cheesy:

I would also like to see more of the three kobolds! Or even a follow-up starring the princess.  :-D  Thanks for a fun game with great puzzle mechanics!

Hi @Ramorama
Nice little game.
I'm stuck near the end but I didn't open a hint & tip thread because I suspect a bug:
Spoiler
I think I have everything to dress up as the princess: blond hair (straw), dress, purple hat, boobs (apples) but nothing happens when I go see the guard. Am I missing something?

Also, your save system doesn't seem to work.

Congratulations for making it in 2 weeks.

@Creamy, yes, there is something more to do. I was exactly where you are now.

Glad you like my little game. ;-D I have good news: There will be a sequel soon! I was even surprised by myself that the kobolds were well received by the players.  :)

Ramorama

Hey @Creamy, sorry for my late reply.

Yes, you have all the important items but:
Spoiler
You have to do something to stick the hay together to form a wig.

Unfortunately, I did a mistake that prevents the game to save via GUI. I will fix that after the 107AdvChal voting.

Thanks for playing my game. I'm glad you like it!  :)

If I remember correctly, you can still save via the function keys.

Ramorama

That's correct, but it's confusing for players who mostly save and reload via clicking on the menu buttons.

RootBound

This was fun! The puzzles were just the right level of difficult, I think, and I liked
Spoiler
that switching between the different characters was necessary in order to complete the puzzles, and even to learn more about the world, since the characters have different reactions to things, for example the portrait of the princess. It really adds another layer to the gameplay. :)

Looking forward to the sequel!

I finally got around to playing this last night and I enjoyed every aspect. The gameplay was very engaging, having 3 characters to use to solve different puzzles, puzzles were on the easier side but still fun. Nice art and most of all the humour was AWESOME! I think I spent more time laughing than anything else.

Great short game!

CaptainD

Fun game, really liked the twist once you solved the main puzzle. Didn't realise that
Spoiler
the blue kobold had better eyesight

which had me stuck a bit at first! Swapping between the three characters to solve puzzles was a very nice touch.
