and this is what happens when you're an idiot with a head full of cold medicine and haven't been online in quite a few months.  :P

i can't remember if i ever introduced myself in the time i've been poking around, so i'll do it now.

da miche is currently on hiatus from all gamework due to a death in the family and relocation, but i've been poking around for about a year or two on and off with a few games, mainly a game codenamed "michiquest" for now, and a sci-fi explore-and-puzzle-solve type codenamed "Projekt 001".  I'm mostly a pixelartist and storywriter, and a freelance novelist in my spare time.

i'm also a textile artist, and like to translate 8 and 16-bit sprites into crochet and quilting patterns for the purposes of crafting wearable geekery and selling them online and at conventions.

i'm 30, attended the art institute of pittsburgh, and fail at extensive coding.  I am right now borderline lazy due to a headcold, living out of boxes because of moving, and trying to hide my cat from the landlord.

i'm also on deviantart if anyone's curious.

you can call me either miche or michigami.  i'm 29, a former student of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, an addicted to pixel art. i've been a fan of these crazy things since the bad old days of never even making it out of the wizard dude's house in the old king's quest.  i suck at coding, but i love making my own games.  i'm also a textile artist and author, and after the "practice" game i'm working on is done, i intend to try and find someone to help me codemonkey the stuff i can't figure out to make the first two novels of my last series into games.

oh, and i love the "prove you know what you're talking about and where to stick it" entrance exam for the forum, seriously lessens the gibbering fantard population and ensures people at least have the posting intelligence to click a button.

oh, and i'm also looking for someone willing to point out the stupid mistakes i'm making and help me code.  any volunteers?

Ah, the random humor forgetting to include action code can cause...  ;D
