Many happy returns of the day, RetroJay.
I know life has been difficult of late, so best wishes for the future.

I echo the thoughts of Cassiebsg about the stove.
OR....Did the woman have false, or no teeth. Meaning she couldn't chew through the meat.
OR....Has it got something to do with the tide coming in?

Hi Nicolas

Welcome to the community.

Your interest in point and click adventures will ensure that
you have plenty of games to play, from the vast library.

If you can master the AGS engine you can, in time, share
your creations with like minded players.

Best of luck.  :)

Hi Thanyx

I'm sure the game will not disappoint.

High res, low res, or a mixture of the two is fine
with me.  :) I know exactly what you mean.

The main thing is a story that really engages the
player and leaves them wanting more.

Best of luck to the team, with this project.

Hi Thanyx

If I had to make a choice between High and low res graphics for castle Dornstein,
my vote would go to low res. This artwork is far more in keeping with Retro gaming.

Also in low res your protagonist, Hemlock, has much more character. In high res he
is just er...um...egg shaped.

Please keep the Retro feel and tell Daragh to keep up the good work.

Looks like this is gonna be a bumper year for Retro games.

I have high hopes for Castle Dornstein.

The more the merrier, I say.

AGS Games in Production / Re: Abscission

Hi Yanek_Crispbread

Earlier on this afternoon I was raving about an up and coming game called
The Adventures of Black Hawk.

I now find myself going into raptures again over Abscission.

I will be looking forward to the release of another old school game

Who needs technical wizardry etc. when far more interesting and fulfilling
games, such as yours, can be produced.

Horror rules OK!

I absolutely Love, love, love (not enthusing too much am I ?) the look and feel
of this game and can't wait to play it. I have had a look at the trailer and it
doesn't disappoint. You can't beat the Retro games.

Well done Croquetasesina. Keep up the good work.

Happy Birthday Retrojay. Have a nice day.
Can't believe another year has whizzed around.

I am so glad to see that Tales of Jayvin is 'Pick of the Month', thanks to
Lorenzo's recommendation.

The sheer amount of work that went into this game, over a four year period,
is staggering.

Thousands of lines of programming were implemented by Vincent, while
RetroJay was responsible for drawing each, and every, graphic.

Hunched over their keyboard and mouse, for hours at a time, they created a game
truly worthy of this honour.

It covers most genre of games, is hugely entertaining, and has it all- in buckets! :-D

Happy Birthday, for yesterday, RetroJay. Sorry I forgot, but I do have a head like a sieve!
Hope you had an enjoyable day and as in the title of your game didn't feel like a 'Lost Prince'.
