We are allowed to use Google to help us narrow things down, we're just not allowed to image search the pictures we're given. So, this pic is from Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure (not to be confused with a few other similarly titled B&T games).

Wikipedia says the production companies were Paramount, One Race Films, Revolution Studios and Roth Kirschenbaum Films, all of which are American. Imdb has a couple of Chinese companies additionally listed as "in association with"...

Definitely that obvious! Can't figure out where in the movie that first shot is from though. Funnily enough, although I said it looks biomechanical, it doesn't look HR Giger biomechanical!

I think I've got it! That looks like Rockmond Dunbar from Prison Break and Sons Of Anarchy. A quick look down his imdb page for sci-fi films (same genre as Cloud Atlas) led me to Alien Raiders, which apparently takes place at "Hastings Supermarket". Is that the one?
