No guesses? Okay, I'll be honest, i haven't actually seen this film myself and it's unlikely that many here have as it was so badly received. The reason I picked it is for the connection: the director has appeared in a Bond movie. I'll also give you another pic:

I recognise the bloke in the midground and dodgy moustache, though - that's Colin Firth. A quick Google reveals the film to be Magic In The Moonlight.

Actually, taking another look, the two games are a lot more similar visually than I remember. I think I just prefer the art design of the first one.
