For some reason it looks like a Hewson game to me but not sure which one.

I have to admit that I've never heard of this one.

Perhaps an AGS remake is in order? ;)

The massive foot makes me think of Monty Python.

That looks like Cats & Dogs 2: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.

Oh no wait, sorry what I meant was that the brothers behind the development of thus game aren't twins AFAIK!

I (think?) the Oliver Twins were actually twins. :-D
#351
Nope it's not the Oliver Twins.  AFAIK they're not twins!  However the brothers in the game ARE twins.

The Gardener can hurt you.

You have a cauldron.

It was released on the Bulldog label by Mastertronic.

Oops sorry forgot to respond - no.

It's a one-word title.

It was releeased in the late 80s.

The game featured 2 brothers, and was in fact developed by two brothers.

This clearly isn't ringing any bells with people so I've added another 2 lines to the clue.

Two brothers there were
But they didn't get on
They both had pots
But not of money
They would visit the other's grave
But only to laugh, not to grieve.
They sure liked their herbs
But what they brewed could be lethal

I just downloaded this game and it suits perfectly. I had a lot of fun.

Very happy to hear it!  :cheesy:
#355
We're talking MUCH earlier than either of those.

No-one?  Not even a wild guess?

I think Mandle is being sneaky and this is from a dream sequence.  But I can't think of the movie it was from.

I did wonder if it was an early Ultima game, so I'm going to actually guess Ultima 1 now (or just "Ultima" I guess?!?)
