Here's a basic tutorial, it's a hard effect to get right. You're better off using it to add things behind the talent, rather than replacing the background completely. Have your actor wear something bright that will stand out against the background.

You can call your local council office and request a copy birth certificate, it costs £10 iirc and takes a few days to process. You should be able to take your small birth certificate with you to collect the larger copy.

What are the legalities regarding use of sounds from freesound.org? I'm planning on using some stuff in a film, it's not commercial just youtube/vimeo etc and maybe some film festivals.
