[International Ninja Rabbits]

The screenshot reminded me of a game I saw on the C64 once (so I figured it might be a port). So I looked up C64 and Rabbits, and somehow despite this clearly NOT being a C64 game, I found a screenshot of this game.

Anyway, the answer is International Ninja Rabbits.
But I don't feel right in taking this turn, so someone else can have it.

These are pretty much all the games that came to mind from that one tiny screenshot.

X-COM?

The first one looks like a fuel gauge, and it looks really REALLY familiar. But I can't for the life of me pinpoint it.

Yeah, but you have to use ubisoft's crappy rip-off of Steam to play it - which is slow, crashed once in the first five minutes, fails to let me change my avatar pic, and doesn't show Rayman in my list of games despite saying I already have all of the bundle. I mean, gift horse and all that, but I think I'll skip on this.

Yeah I know what you mean. But a free game is a free game, and at least it's not Origin.
