I'm so sorry to hear this news.  As others have said, he is a legend!   

I had the honour of testing some of his games, as well as voice acting.  I always enjoyed it - his games are a lot of fun.

What grinds my gears...

When I leave work early so I can get to the bus shop and renew my bus pass before it closes for the day... get 2 buses to said bus shop instead of 1 bus straight home... only to find that the bus shop has closed early today with no indicarion why.

The buyers SHOULD be bound to pay. But so far, both of them say they won't pay since they're not coming for their respective drawers.

Ebay buyers have been driving me up the wall recently. 

I've recently sold 2 pieces of furniture - chests of drawers on ebay.  Being furniture, it's not very practical to post them. 

Both times, I clearly said on the ebay sale page  'collection from [my area], Edinburgh, Scotland.'

Both times, the person who won, has changed their mind after they won it, because they live outside of Scotland, so it's too far to come to collect.

If you know something is 'collection from Edinburgh in Scotland', and you don't live nearby thus you don't intend to come and collect, why even bid for it in the first place?

   

But this one is Bad Dreams.

You cracked it, it's the brilliant Bad Dreams film, with Richard Lynch (the man with the ladle) playing the sinister cult leader.  😁
Although Dream Demon is also a really good film.

I didn't know the Christina's World painting before.  But you're right, it is indeed like the 2nd screenshot.   
I have no idea if that scene was inspired by the painting, or not.

No-one's posted for a while, so I'll jump in again. 

I think the "flash" part of the name, it's not because it flashes, but referencing the immediate light turning on (just like a flash flood, doesn't flash either, but it's immediate/sudden). I'm just speculating, not something I know for sure.   

A lightbulb is not called a flashlightbulb, even though the light you see when turned on is immediate.   

I'm in the UK, and I refer to it as a torch.
It doesn't flash, so it can't be a flashlight.
