Since it works in VLC, you can convert it with VLC. Find "Convert/Save" from the file menu or press Ctrl-R and see whether you have an appropriate encoding codec installed which your editing suite can handle.

Actually that looks more like a wolf to me than a cat, and it's possibly related to Japanese culture (westerners may be more familiar with the Okami series of games).

I have no idea what film this is though.
#403
Okay. Done.
#404
Yeah. Go ahead WHAM. One suggestion though, is that maybe you should keep the game's name on the subject each time. That only the chapter's title was shown in the topic and that the whole thread's name changed whenever a new chapter started was quite confusing. Something like "gamename - chapter x" would be better.

BTW, would you like me to lock the thread of the last game now, or do you want to keep it open for a while to receive more comments?

Nah. I don't want those islands personally. They're not kinky enough!

Hah Thank you. :D Even though it's 2 days late.

I've just requested this to be moved to the Beginners' Tech. Forum, since this may fix a problem many players could run into.

Initially I was curious about this, but as I couldn't test whether it was authentic (AGS games work under DirectX on this office Win7 system I'm using) I was waiting until someone had tried it and gave some positive feedback.
#408
Sure. It was popular and I'd like to see a comeback too.
If you want you can start a new round. Otherwise we may see whether there are volunteers and if not, I will start it.
#409
Also, you may include the s as the English text could be "Get Item's Count" or "Get Items' Count", so I think both spellings of the function, with or without the s, are grammatically correct.

Bladder Runner? :=

I couldn't remember well, but I think such thing has been done before.
After all, it's all up to the host of an activity on how the rules in the round are set up.
#413
Yeah. As the original activity was pretty dead by now, I think it doesn't hurt trying to start anew and I think the rules are okay.

So go ahead, start a new round and we'll see whether this will last.

Yeah. I remembered that it was terrible and I thought it was a funny (and family-friendly) one at first and I was trying to enjoy it until... well... those sexual stuff happened, followed by other horrible scary moments (as far as I remember whatever happened to that 'thing' seconds later was... awww).

Now, this:

I'm not sure how obscure this is but I think it has not appeared in this thread yet. As I have mentioned I rarely watch movies so my knowledge on them is very limited. I only watched this on TV one day by chance. It seems to be a very high budget one, but the whole thing is horrible (hint: NOT Waterworld).

Could this be some weird teen alien movie called...

Meet the Applegates?

(I didn't do any research here but I remembered I've watched this one on TV years ago and that 'give birth to the thing' scene was very memorable (NOT!).)
#417
I'm not sure, but I just googled "adventure game tiger indian village" and found this which sounded close enough.

I think there are too much hints already. Even losers like me who rarely watch movies (and never watched this one) can easily figure out the answer via searching within seconds.

I don't wanna take the next (any) turn though, as I'm not savvy enough in this department to provide anything for others to guess.

All I will say is that the movie's name abbreviates to: B.i.T.
