Dual, that image is so small that I can barely see it. Blow-up, please!

And here's the trailer to Moontrap, by the way. You're welcome!  :=

That's the title? Really? But I was just joking! :O Now I probably have to watch it.

I'm passing the next turn to Stupot.

Correct, it's The Shadow - the only superhero movie where the hero castrates the villain at the end and even throws a raving mad Tim Curry through a window to his death. Actually those 2 things (and a few others) make this my favorite superhero movie of all time.

Here is a bonus Alec Baldwin photo from the film. I just can't recommend it enough:

Oh, and you're next, anian!

Double Team!

Haven only seen a fragment on TV once, but you can easily recognize these guys in the photo.

If this movie is really French and the stills are this detailed , then the animation must suck terribly.

EDIT: From the YT link I can see that I was very wrong about the animation quality. I wonder why this film isn't better known. There wasn't too much stuff like that in the 80s, not to mention early 80s. In fact I don't think there was anything comparable at that time outside of some anime films that rarely made it to the West.

Thanks very much for the info, Dan! I'm from Eastern Europe and no one ever mentioned this film here. Maybe it was making rounds on VHS once, but got quickly forgotten.

Oops, sorry, Igor.
After 20 pages, I finally guess one and I'm out of turn.  D'oh.

Post yours then. I stole Dual's turn anyway.

It's not Street Trash, but it's a real shame no one posted  screen caps from Street Trash yet. Amazing possibilities.

I'd say tepid. Or even cold.

HINT: One of the screens shows someone's reaction to the first appearance of the main villain of the film, the other does the same for its main protagonist.

Hey, is anyone trying to guess that one that I've put up or have you all given up, because you know you'll only embarrass yourselves with your completely off the mark guesses?

Anyway, here's another clew:

But that clue of yours Ponch... man, was it lousy. ;)

CLUE: There's a similarly lousy clue in the sentence above.

And come on, Ascovel, given the look of that movie, it had to be in the 80s. And that means either Sean Connery or Roger Moore (unless you want to count George Lazenby -- and no one does, obviously).  :=
Yeah, but, as have I, I think he understood it to be a spy movie, not that it had a James Bond actor in it.

Yeah, I was convinced Ponch meant it's an around-the-world pulp action film like Bond films are.

Still, if I was told it's a Sean Connery film, the first thing coming to my mind would be Zardoz.

Thank you, Dan. I'm surprised no one got Outland. Especially with the Sean Connery hint.  :P

What Sean Connery hint? You were hinting at James Bond kind of film.

That's definitely Indiana Jones entering an alien space ship on the first screen!

The film's title is Kingdom of the Crystal Skull!
