I'm getting a The Time Traveler's Wife vibe. Is that the movie?

This is hardly an 'awesome' video clip but my step brother just uploaded this to YouTube and I couldn't not share it with you guys.
I was the camera man, editor, and director all of these videos. I made them in high school roughly 10 years ago - except for the first one which is like 5 years ago.

First video is a silent film (music video) type deal that my step brother made for his class - it's the most recent and my favorite.
The second one is a sniper music video deal it was the first one we made - my second favorite but the ending is terrible. My twin brother being choked to death with a large afro.
The third one is the second one we made, it's the wackiest too. We had no idea what we were doing until we got out into the field and started filming. lol It's actually kinda terrible.
And the last one is a commercial type deal I had to make. It was mostly terrible because I accidentally filmed over half the good scenes that we did. Like the car driving over the camera and other good stuff (the battery died as I was rewatching the film on the camera - then forgot about it once I recharged the battery). I had no time to reshoot, had to use what I had.

I'm not sure if anyone will know this. It's pretty recent.

If anyone hasn't seen that movie I recommend it. Just DO NOT watch the trailer beforehand, it gives away ALL the funny lines and scenes in the movie.

Edit: Although I do not remember the kid playing this game on the computer, I thought he was using a handheld device of sorts. Or at least he does in the van in the beginning before meeting up with his sister and her new boyfriend.

Anyway, I'm 99.9% sure this is the movie, so I'm going to post my video clip and go to sleep (I don't want my turn stolen like Dualy).

I'm getting a Let Me In vibe, but I'm pretty positive it's at night. So I have no idea what this is.

I didn't a little searching and it looks to be a very terrible movie, Ponch. lol

I ran out of recent movies to watch and I like John Reilly so I figured I'd download it to give it a shot. lol

Here's an obvious hint for the Google power.   Oh and I don't always post movies I overly enjoyed, this movie was kinda slow, odd and pretty pointless, but it did leave me with a feeling of pity for the main character.

This movie is pretty obscure. But pretty recent.

I just watched this a few weeks ago on a channel that had a Mob Marathon. I nearly didn't recognize it for a moment, but your 15 second freeze frame is what made it sound right since he narrated the whole intro of that movie.

Damn it! I knew that was too much of a hint! Curse you, iconic American cars of film land!

I of course knew it was a Muppets movie, I even remember seeing it, just wasn't 100% which one it was until you said the year. But looking through imdb, and seeing that they're in a car, I would've more than likely guessed the correct movie even without the year hint. It definitely wasn't the car hint.
