Hooray! I've won 6 GOG codes to redeem 6 games from their $9.99 or under range, that's potentially $59.94 worth of game

I'm going to need some help deciding which games to claim, so I'm going to donate one code each to the two people whom I judge as being most helpful in aiding my decisions.  I'll probably focus on Adventure games, but feel free to suggest games from other genres.

You can change it under 'Power Options' in the control panel.

That only lets me set after how many minutes of inactivity the screen goes blank.

Ahh. On mine, it lets me change the brightness from Power Options > Edit Plan Settings.  It must not be possible on your system :/

As for renodox's, i think 2 is a pipe. And 1 is a christmas pudding (mincemeat of the fruity kind)

I found a similar riddle where the first, second, third, fourth and fifth letter of each line spelled the word 'brave' but the clues were slightly different, but from that I easily work out that the answer to #1 is 'blade'

Not sure this needs its own thread so I'll plonk it here.
My friend is emigrating to Australia, possibly in the next few months, and she can't take her gorgeous 5-year-old kitties with her.
