Absolutely, yes.

I knew this screenshot was too easy, but I just couldn't make myself pass up its complete and utter ridiculousness. (Although it almost lost out to Sybil Danning's costume.) Probably the most entertainingly bad movie ever. I rue the day I accidentally threw out the videotape it was on.

Oddly enough that movie was my first thought when I saw your original screenshot. But since I had never seen the film, nor could I remember its title, I only got as far as "Wasn't there a British movie a few years back about... kids doing... stuff?"
