ah, you know i think i saw this as recently as last year, I cant recall the name of it or any of the actors, and the story is vague in my mind, but was it something like a detective (guy in suit) comes to a small village and investigates a murder(s) where the all or some of the towns people are in on the cover up in some way or another?.

Ah, really that well known? lol, I figured it was rather obvious / easy but had no idea it was famous.

Yea I was not sure about the 6 corners, I agree with what your saying but I came to the conclusion since its a riddle I could be a bit loose with it.

Well done anyway dude :D

Very good CaptainD well done :)

Spoiler
Statistics wise during the first world war field hospitals in general did not count a dead soldiers cause of death in terms of type of wounds.

I am surprised you didn't get the first riddle :D

Well done anyhoo

Hi Cassie, okies thanks :)

I thought up this recently ,  but I think it might be a bit too easy so I will post my one and another riddle which is sort of based on a true story, peculiar mystery during the first war .

Ok my one first,

What has 6 corners, can weigh many tons yet when impacting on the ground from a height is silent?

And the other one is..

During the first world war commanders noticed an alarming number of soldiers dying due to heavy artillery bombardments, so they issued helmets to every solider. After some time the field hospitals reported a five fold increase in the number of cases of head injuries.
Can you account for that significant increase of head injuries?

Hey Snakry, I keep forgetting to ask what the connection between the movie you chose and catch 22? I spend a good bit of time trying to search for connections/affiliation between catch 22 and "some" other movie, I dont think I ever saw that one you chose come up :D

its a tough one for sure. I did googling on movies with some connection with catch 22, haven't a clue though
The first pic, those two people look familiar, in particular the guy on the right, some kind of sports person/commentator perhaps? Cant think of his name anyway.

Odd since its a movie she is looking directly at the camera, my guess is the first pic is like an interview of some kind? Where she starts to tell a story of her life, then the movie switches to that time?

the 3rd pic looks like a musical,  the 2nd pic I have no clue, perhaps some cult/hippy commune? under surveillance?

The costumes look Italian, or at least Latino, seems like its set in the late early 70s up to 80s, perhaps America or south of the border.

Still have no clue though.. heh

ah... i was wondering because I thought it was either a good guess or very lucky guess. Orson Welles stars in citizen kane, and he has i think 2 tiny very short appearances in Catch 22, that screenshot being one of the scenes he appeared in :)

Yes indeed.. well done snarky!  Yet another flick I urge folks to watch, perhaps one of the best casts ever in one movie

That part of the movie (hilarious)
