That is not the Gorn that Kirk met nor the planet on which he met him. It looks more like the Gorn that appeared in a dream sequence from The Big Bang Theory, so I am thinking it might be a TV show that makes fun of sci-fi shows. so I kinda agree with ManicMatt's guess of mystery science theatre. perhaps mystery science theatre 3000.

I think I have seen that, but can't recall. I'm picturing a mad scientist and I am pretty sure that guy is not the main character.

There is also a place where 2 lanes meet up with the other 3 lanes from the right then just up ahead about 100 feet the right lane exits and its an exit i have to use to get to work. So i have about 100 feet to move over 2 lanes and there is always someone in the far right that doesnt want to exit so they choose then to move over so any opening in the traffic they take. They had at least a few miles to get in the correct lane while i have 100 feet to move over 2 lanes. (hope i explained this well enough)

I was surprised someone didn't recognize Kate Jackson in the picture with Jim Nabors and guess Charlie's Angels.
The Rookies was a good TV show about the 3 cops fresh out of the academy where the blonde one was married to Kate Jackson who worked as a nurse.
and the SC stood for South Central. They worked in LA.

but good guess. was just a few years earlier than that.
