C'mon guys ~ anyone else have a guilty pop music pleasure they'd like to get off their chest?

Never in a million years thought a song like this would resonate, but I've always really liked Minaj's chorus on this track. There's something about that build to the minor chord (i.e. "can't you hear that boom..."). It's actually the same group of chords used in AIC's Got Me Wrong.

For Layne? Yeah he was such a unique voice. It's also unique how blended his sound is with Cantrell's. They were a cool group for sure.

I enjoyed it too, but I found Bill Murray's appearance in it to feel quite forced.

"Garfield obviously" sounds like what Bill Murray's last words in Zombieland should have been.

I wonder what Bill Murray was paid for the cameo? Probably something comparable to what Bob Harris was paid to begrudgingly appear in a Japanese whiskey ad?

When I lived in China, we'd get these huge downpours that would just go and go. I remember a few times getting myself into super weird headspaces by having this on repeat while out on the balcony watching the rain with a few drinks. 

Actually, I did a doubel take on the Maxence track's screen cap. Thought it was radiator girl's little number from Eraserhead!
