Can't run the program :(

https://imgur.com/a/szpmZml

I tried downloading the latest version from the site - it gives the same error.

I've seen some people solve it by installing Visual C++ but it didn't help in my case.

What sad news  I will remember him by his bold and fresh take on games. Didn't know him much, but we had a chat some time ago and he was very supportive and encouraging. His game JACK will stay in my memory, as we played it with friends and had so much fun with it. His take was a little bit weird to say the least but very creative guy he was

Gotta say, I like this months theme  ;)

Well... Horror, Naturally

is more of a story than a game.

In a desperate need to connect to nature, unbeknownst to the awaiting danger...

Cheers to everyone  (laugh)  (nod)

What I've learned so far is that if I want to make a game next time:

1. I should give myself more time
2. I should hire an artist to make the artworks  (wrong)

Anyways I will try to get it on time :)

Another thing you could do is just cut out unimportant or extra content. Puzzles that are not necessary or side areas/items that you don't need.
As for art there are tons of free art out there just give it a search for what you need, slap some simple backgrounds together, and plug it in!

Good luck!

That is exactly what I'm doing, my friend  :)

I'm working on something since yesterday.

Think horror, 'Last One' concerning the surviving character, you know how in horror movies there is often this trope of the surviving (most often) girl.

Story is done, I'm working on music. We will see  (laugh)

Count me in  :)
Although my idea for a game is about lifting movement, I'm not so sure about the tone, haha
We will see I guess (laugh)

Thank you for playing @ddavey1983  :) these are my beginnings with coding so logics and best way on how to do things is still foreign to me.
Before pushing on with Splendor Solis I want to try and make some smaller games, we will see what will happen

Uff got it on time! (I think, at least in my timezone  )

Splendor Solis (demo)

https://www.mediafire.com/file/oltzx4mfga7xrwh/Splendor_Solis_%25231.rar/file

Poland after a nuclear catastrophe. You will play as three characters (only one in demo version), inhabitants of the Guild. The Guild, ruled by the Governor is falling apart. The Governor is sick and he brings his people down with him. This is not the only problem, as foreigners inflirtate and watch the Guild. You will need to uncover the secrets of the falling ruler as Raula, his woman. You will need to defend your people as Damian, Hyena, a scavenger, and last but not least you will need to battle cowardice and uncover the secret plans of the foreigners as Jacob, a Rat.

It's chaotic, I know, sorry for mistakes, this is my first project I share, certainly too big of an idea for my current capabilieties haha

I'm working on a demo for a game that was on my mind for about a year. I will try to get it done by Sunday  :)
