About

The story of a soldier of the german Wehrmacht in WWII who falls in battle and laying lifeless surrounded by an ongoing war,
he starts questioning what led him here and pondering his role in the grand scheme of things...

This game was made for MAGS in November 2016 with the theme "Afterlife" and can be played in English and Swedish.

If you like this game and it's characters, do try my other game, Sniper and spotter being patriotic,
as some of the characters will make an appearance in that game as well. Link: http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2050/

Walkthrough:
After the talk to officer walk to the left until you see the pile of rubble and use it. You are killed.
Talk to the statue and the Napoleonic soldier. Walk to the right and use the grave. Leave the cemetery, walk to the left and then to the right. Talk to the boy with scarf and the woman in uniform. Walk to the right and then south to return to the square. Use your body to come to life. Use the forgotten suitcase to change clothes and walk to the left.

This game lacks puzzles, otherwise it's a great interactive anti-war story. Unlike Stupot I loved the ending... but guess you have to have played "Sniper and Spotter being Patriotic" to get it. ;)

It is a pretty good MAGS game that sends its message across well. Love the art style. I only wish there were a bit more puzzles involved.

Fun game with a poignant anti-war theme. The ending does feel a bit rushed though.

This is a really emotional and thought-provoking game. The backgrounds are wonderfully detailed and all of the characters are brought to life (pardon the pun) beautifully. A really engaging little game.
