Click the download button in the top right corner, looks just like the Google drive download button.
It seems like a prototype for an AGS Sokoban type game, but without actual content or real Sokoban mechanics - you can always move the boxes around whatever direction you want, even if you shove it against the wall.
Links to a Russian site, have no way to figure how to download this game. :/
