Chronicle of Innsmouth was born by combining the stories of master-of-horror, H.P. Lovecraft, and the style of Lucas’ graphic adventures in the 90s. Horror scenes and creepy moments create the many grotesque and paradoxical situations.

Some people like to stay in haunted locations. But who would dare spend a night in Innsmouth. Cue the dramatic music as your adventuring companion is awoken by the thudding sound of someone trying to break into the room. To me, I found this to be a very intense/exciting moment in the world of AGS.
A commercial game I would say is worth the money.
Beautiful game with an interesting story. But I nearly gave up. Some timed arcade scenes are way too difficult. I had to download someone else's savegame to bypass the lighthouse scene.
