The gameplay loop is great, the music for each screen and sounds work very well, and the graphics are really nice and consistent. The tutorial messages are actually useful and they are in the right amount too. There are lots of small unexpected things and details that can happen and it makes the playing much more enjoyable! A really good game!
An addictive diving simulation with a good tutorial. Missing tooltips and depth indication make it harder to play than necessary.
I had lots of fun playing this game! It actually has some sort of narrative as you dive (pun intended) further into the ambiance of this little maritime universe.
THe mechanics are surprisingly rich, with a lot of things to discover as the game goes on. It was a real pleasure. The gameplay looks a bit slow in the beginning but it quickly gets addictive.
And the art is cute too. A very good game!
I nearly skipped this game because I thought it was another arcade game. It's actually more a turn-based diving simulation. Even though I'm not a big fan on this game genre, I enjoyed this because there are interesting events happening apart from the main treasure hunt.
The game reminds of MicroProse games from the 80s like Sid Meier's Pirates.
A very very good production, fantastic if you consider it was done for a MAGS.
Productions values (art, music, etc.) are good and most importantly functional. What amazed me the most are the mechanics: tightly coupled to the theme, they blend together superbly with the theme and you really feel part of the story (compare with your generic adventure where you have to fetch a blue object to random NPC whatever reason to progress).
I really felt there (the dive, the decision on when to go up, the encounters!) and this is the best compliment I can make to a game.
I recommend you play this non-adventure adventure!
