The Historical League of Bouncy Boxing is a sporting club for figures of high historical significance. Members don gloves, and battle it out in a variety of arenas.
HLoBB is a hotseat multiplayer platformer type thing, kindof 'jump-n-bump' meets 'little fighter'. The aim is basically to wipe out all the other players by picking up speed and timing your punch to hit them. The faster you're moving the more damage is done.
Features:
- 640x480 hi color
- 6 historical figures to choose from.
- Battle it out with 2 friends on the same keyboard, and against up to 5 computer players. (Max of 6 players in a game)
- 10 zany pow…erups.
- 4 mind blowing arenas
- Awesome digital musical score by Modgeulator
- High score system thingy
- Dynamic crowd cheering reward a good volley of punches. (I mainly put this in so I could use the word 'dynamic')

OK, as a game, I have to say this isn't much fun. You run at the opponent and press jump. There are some funny power-ups, but I doubt anyone will really get more than a kick out of playing this game.
Still, I'm totally impressed with Duzz as a programmer and artist and writer. The game has a visual quality about it that is very professional. The sprites and backgrounds are charming and the interface is very sophisticated for an amateur game. Most of all, the character descriptions and looks and everything make up something that is very cute and funny.
I really think that if he tried to make a real game instead of something that's just funny, it could be something really special. There's amazing potential behind all of these games.
