About

June 2006 marked the fifth anniversary of the MAGS competition. The assignment was to pick any of the previous rulesets, and use that to create a game. With such an overwhelming variety to select from, my choice was simply to take ALL of them. Hence, Infinite Monkeys follows every single rule posed in every single MAGS competition over the past five years.

This has proven surprisingly feasible. The result is a futuristic game set in the past where the Mittens crew in their zombie-infested flying city has to help elves by taking a journey through time during their new year's party to stop the supervillain's conspiracy in his zoo. If that didn't make sense to you, you must definitely play this game to find out.

NOTES:
1) Right-click on the GUI to expand it to show more verbs or items. Right-click again to close it. You can also activate any verb by pressing its first letter.
2) You can drag and drop the GUIs around. If you keep them at either top or bottom of the screen, they won't obscure anything important in the game.

A really tough game, I found the use of all the verbs and the GUI confusing at first, but it has some very original ideas.

Some people will find the GUI a bit tricky, but persevere. Using the shortcuts is easy. I really enjoyed this game due to the added actions you can do aside from the usual talk, walk, pick up etc. Very original.

I highly recommend using verbal coin instead of right-clicking.
