Escaping from a prison is never easy. But doing it with a correctional officer's consent is even harder. Officer Matthew Holmstett is a walking, talking regulation book and has his own set of ideals. Getting him to do what you want won't be an easy task. Don't overdo it, or you may find yourself handcuffed to a radiator very fast. Nobody trusts someone convicted for murder that easily after all...
Recommended for mature audiences only.

Very enjoyable, but would benefit from (1) an original soundtrack (2) the tightening of a few puzzles and (3) improved pacing.
Only the multiple endings prevent Reactor 9 from being classed as a Short Game.
March 2007
An excellent game, from the maker of Cedric and the Revolution, Reactor 09 got an appropriate 9 nominations in the AGS Awards, but was pipped to the post in each category. Excellent characterisation, lovely artwork and an interesting premise make this one well worth playing.
We'd love to hear what you think about the game!

Stunning little game, cannot believe the creator never uploaded more. A fun plot, characters with depth, medium to infuriating puzzles, or maybe i'm not smart enough to be faster. Absolute gem of a game, with amazing retro pixelart.
This was a really nice game and the different endings were interesting.
A solid well developed adventure.
Played this one a while ago. From memory it had this groovy retro ambiance (music / graphics) and well developed characters. Oh, and I LOVED the infamous 'level measuring device' puzzle. I LOVE figuring that shit out!
links of reactor 09 are reported as attack page by eset antivirus security!!!!!!!!!!!!!
